All rooms were recently renovated in 2011, offering large Apartment Type Guest Rooms with full kitchenette suites. The Port Isa inn is a 100% Smoke Free Hotel. Our hotel features a refreshing swimming pool and a fully lit parking lot for easy at door access. Nearby activities include Schlitterbahn Water Park, beach, lighthouse, museums, Birding Center, fishing tournaments, and cook offs. We are within walking distance to restaurants, and tons of shopping.

Cancellation Policy: Guest must cancel by 3:00 PM,
24 hours prior to guests scheduled arrival to avoid a one night cancellation penalty charge plus tax. Guest credit card will be charged full amount of reservation at noon on day of arrival. If credit card is denied and guest does not show prior to 4PM, reservation will be cancelled.
2012 Spring Break Policy: Effective March 1-31, 2012. we will require a $200 Refundable Deposit for incidentals. It can be cash which will be refunded immediately after the room has been inspected and no damages are found or with a credit card which can take up to 7-10 business days to get credited back.
Age Requirements: Guest must be 18 years of age to reserve a room. Proof of ID will be required at check-in.
Pet Policy: ONLY disability Pets are allowed. No other pets are not allowed at this hotel. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Extra Person: An additional $10 extra adult fee will apply.
