* All weekly rates must consists of at least 7 nights. Any early check outs will be charged the rack rate for the number of nights stayed. No weekly discounts will given for stays less than seven consecutive nights (Weekly rates will be charged taxes).

Cancellation Policy: Guest must cancel by 3:00 PM, 24 hours prior to guests scheduled arrival to avoid a one night cancellation penalty charge plus tax. Guest credit card will be charged full amount of reservation at noon on day of arrival. If credit card is denied and guest does not arrive prior to 4PM, reservation will be cancelled.
Age Requirements: Guest must be 18 years of age to reserve a room. ID will be required at check-in.
Pet Policy: ONLY disability Pets are allowed. No other pets are not allowed at this hotel. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Extra Person: An additional $10 extra adult fee will apply.
Spring Break Policy:
Wristbands: During Spring Break, each guest must purchase a $5.00 wristband at the time of arrival. Wristbands will be used as a form of verification as a guest of Port Isla Inn. This must be worn during the duration of your stay during Spring Break. This is an added security measure.
Deposit: Effective March 1-31 of each year, a $200 Refundable Deposit is required for incidentals. It can be cash which will be refunded immediately after the room has been inspected and no damages are found or with a credit card which can take up to 7-10 business days to be credited back.
Guest must cancel seven (7) days prior to arrival to avoid penalty of full reservation. Guest must cancel reservation from the same source reservation was booked. Example (Website, Travelsite, Property Direct, etc.)
